Head Chef Andrew Braham fell in love with Italian cooking whilst travelling through Italian Riviera in his 20’s whilst living in London. Every holiday was spent on short trips to different areas of Italy to sample the many varieties of regional fare, this has influenced his palette and given him a organic approach to utilising the ingredients and flavours that Italian cuisine has to offer. With a view that fresh and seasonal ingredients be used to their best potential, it echoes the true heart of Italian cooking.
The wine list has been carefully crafted to boast a wide selection of varieties for every palate, sourced both from Australia and across the globe. Great skill has also gone into the development of a deliciously original cocktail list that fuses traditional Italian ingredients with modern elements.
UPSTAIRS BAR AND BALCONY
Our upstairs bar space is perfect for cocktail style events for up to 200 guests and is available to hire exclusively Sunday through Thursday all day and until 7.00pm Fridays and Saturdays.
Our courtyard boasts bench style tables and large open spaces – perfect for a more casual, non-exclusive event of up to 60 guests.
Our restaurant is a quieter, more intimate space for bookings both large and small in a formal dining environment. We take two sittings for both lunch and dinner and have delicious options for sharing menus for larger groups.
