STONE & WOOD AFL FINALS PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

1.     This promotion comprises:

a) an Instagram competition in which five $100 Visa gift cards will be awarded by chance (“Visa Gift Card Competition”); and

b) an in-venue scratch-and-win promotion in which Stone & Wood merchandise may be won instantly (“Scratch-and-Win Promotion”).

2.     Both components are games of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners.

3.     Information and material used to advertise the promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between promotional material and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

4.     By participating in either component of the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

5.     The promotion opens on Tuesday 01 September 2026 at the time the competition post is published on the @royalsaxon Instagram account and closes at the conclusion of trade at Royal Saxon on Friday 25 September 2026, or at 1am AEST on Saturday 26 September 2026, whichever occurs first (“Promotional Period”).

6.     Qualifying Stone & Wood pints and scratch-and-win cards are available only on the Qualifying Days during the Promotional Period:

a) Friday 4 September 2026;

b) Saturday 5 September 2026;

c) Friday 11 September 2026;

d) Saturday 12 September 2026;

e) Friday 18 September 2026;

f) Saturday 19 September 2026;

g) Friday 25 September 2026 until the conclusion of trade, or 1am AEST on Saturday 26 September, whichever occurs first.

PROMOTIONAL PRICE AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE

7.     The promotional price of a qualifying Stone & Wood pint is $15.50 on the Qualifying Days, except as specified in clause 8.

8.     A 10% public holiday surcharge applies on Friday 25 September 2026. The price of a qualifying Stone & Wood pint on that date will therefore be $17.05.

9.     The application of the public holiday surcharge does not affect a customer’s eligibility to receive a scratch-and-win card or enter the Visa Gift Card Competition.

ELIGIBILITY

10.  Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over.

11.  Employees and immediate family members of employees of the Promoter, Stone & Wood and any agency or organisation directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

12.  “Immediate family member” means a spouse, former spouse, de facto partner, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild, sibling, stepchild, stepparent or first cousin.

PART A: VISA GIFT CARD COMPETITION

HOW TO ENTER

13.  To submit one valid entry into the Visa Gift Card Competition during the Promotional Period, an eligible entrant must:

a) purchase one qualifying Stone & Wood pint at Royal Saxon Hotel, 545 Church Street, Richmond VIC 3121, on a Qualifying Day during the Promotional Period;

b) retain the original itemised receipt showing Royal Saxon Hotel, the qualifying Stone & Wood pint and the date of purchase;

c) follow @royalsaxon and @stoneandwood on Instagram; and

d) comment on the designated competition post published by @royalsaxon and tag three genuine Instagram users using their Instagram handles.

14.  One qualifying Stone & Wood pint entitles the entrant to one entry.

15.  Entrants may enter multiple times. Each additional entry must be supported by an additional qualifying pint purchased and a separate Instagram comment tagging three Instagram users.

16.  If an itemised receipt records more than one qualifying pint, the purchaser may submit one separate competition entry for each qualifying pint shown on that receipt.

17.  A receipt may only support the number of entries corresponding to the number of qualifying Stone & Wood pints recorded on it. A qualifying purchase cannot be reused to support any additional entry.

18.  The qualifying purchase must be made on a Qualifying Day and the corresponding Instagram comment must be submitted before the Promotional Period closes.

19.  Entrants must retain their original itemised receipt until all prizes have been awarded. A bank or credit card statement that does not identify the qualifying product will not be accepted as proof of purchase.

20.  The Promoter may verify at any time that an entrant:

a) is eligible to enter;

b) follows both required Instagram accounts;

c) submitted the required comment;

d) made the qualifying purchase; and

e) has otherwise complied with these Terms and Conditions.

21.  The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

a) is not eligible to enter;

b) fails to satisfy the entry requirements;

c) cannot provide valid proof of purchase;

d) tampers with or attempts to manipulate the entry or draw process;

e) submits an automated, duplicate, incomplete or fraudulent entry; or

f) engages in conduct that is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, unlawful or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion, the Promoter or Stone & Wood.

22.  The Promoter’s failure to exercise a right under clause 21 does not constitute a waiver of that right.

PRIZE DRAW

23.  Five winners will be selected in one random draw conducted at 3pm AEST on Monday 28 September 2026 at Royal Saxon Hotel, 545 Church Street, Richmond VIC 3121.

24.  The draw will be conducted from the complete pool of valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

25.  Five winners will be selected randomly from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period, resulting in five winners in total.

26.  Each valid entry included in a draw will have an equal chance of being selected.

27.  The first five valid entries randomly selected will be the provisional winners, subject to verification by the Promoter.

28.  Entrants do not need to be present at a draw to win.

29.  Entries will only be included in the draw within the Promotional Period in which the qualifying purchase and Instagram comment were completed.

30.  An entrant may win a maximum of one Visa gift card. If more than one entry belonging to the same entrant is selected, the duplicate selection will be disregarded and another entry will be drawn.

VISA GIFT CARD PRIZES

31.  Each of the five confirmed winners will receive one $100 Visa gift card.

32.  The total value of the Visa Gift Card Competition prize pool is $500.

33.  Visa gift cards are subject to the issuer’s applicable terms, conditions and expiry date. Winners are responsible for checking and complying with those conditions.

34.  Visa gift card prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and will not be replaced with cash.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION

35.  Each provisional winner will be notified in writing by Instagram Direct Message from the official @royalsaxon Instagram account within 24 hours of the draw.

36.  Each confirmed winner’s name or Instagram handle will be published on the Royal Saxon website and/or the @royalsaxon Instagram account by Wednesday 30 September 2026.

37.  The Promoter will never ask a winner to pay a fee or provide online banking details to claim a prize.

38.  A provisional winner must respond to the Promoter’s Instagram Direct Message within 72 hours of the message being sent.

39.  The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each provisional winner, including sending at least one follow-up Instagram Direct Message during the 72-hour response period.

40.  To be confirmed as a winner and claim a Visa gift card, a provisional winner must:

a) respond within the required period;

b) provide proof of identity, age and Victorian residency if reasonably requested;

c) attend Royal Saxon Hotel and present the original itemised receipt supporting the winning entry; and

d) continue to satisfy all entry requirements at the time the entry is verified.

41.  Visa gift card prizes must be collected from Royal Saxon Hotel during its published trading hours and within 21 days of the winner being notified, unless another arrangement is agreed in writing with the Promoter.

42.  All Visa gift card prizes will be awarded or transferred within 28 days of the draw.

REDRAWS

43.  If a provisional winner:

a) does not respond within 72 hours;

b) cannot provide valid proof of purchase or any other reasonably requested verification;

c) is found to have submitted an invalid entry;

d) declines the prize; or

e) fails to collect the prize within the required period,

the provisional winner will forfeit the prize and the Promoter may conduct a redraw.

44.  A redraw will be conducted at 3pm AEST on the next business day after the relevant provisional winner is deemed ineligible or to have forfeited the prize. The redraw will take place at Royal Saxon Hotel from the remaining valid entries.

45.  The first valid entry randomly selected in the redraw will be the new provisional winner, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

46.  A redraw winner will be notified in writing by Instagram Direct Message from @royalsaxon within 24 hours of the redraw and must complete the verification and collection requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

PART B: SCRATCH-AND-WIN PROMOTION

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

47.  An eligible customer will receive one scratch-and-win card for each qualifying Stone & Wood pint purchased at Royal Saxon on a Qualifying Day during the Promotional Period, while card stocks last.

48.  A maximum of 480 scratch-and-win cards are available.

49.  If one customer purchases multiple qualifying pints in a single transaction, the scratch-and-win cards will be issued to the person who pays. That purchaser will receive one card for each qualifying pint included in the transaction.

50.  No separate entry fee is payable beyond the cost of the qualifying pint.

51.  Scratch-and-win cards have no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

52.  A card is a winning card only if it displays a valid winning message identifying a Stone & Wood T-shirt or cap.

53.  Altered, damaged, defaced, copied, counterfeit, illegible or otherwise invalid cards will not be accepted.

SCRATCH-AND-WIN PRIZES

54.  The 480 scratch-and-win cards contain 70 winning cards comprising:

a) 20 winning cards for one Stone & Wood T-shirt valued at $50 each; and

b) 50 winning cards for one Stone & Wood cap valued at $40 each.

55.  The total Scratch-and-Win Promotion prize pool is valued at $3,000.

56.  The total promotional prize pool, including the five $100 Visa gift cards, is valued at $3,500.

57.  Based on 70 winning cards among 480 cards, the overall chance of receiving a winning scratch-and-win card is approximately one in 6.9. Individual merchandise prizes are subject to the distribution and availability of the remaining cards.

58.  Winning cards must be presented and surrendered to a Royal Saxon team member to claim the prize.

59.  Scratch-and-win prizes are redeemable at Royal Saxon Hotel immediately after the winning card is revealed, subject to verification and merchandise availability.

60.  All winning cards must be presented for redemption before the conclusion of trade at Royal Saxon on Friday 25 September 2026, or 1am AEST on Saturday 26 September 2026, whichever occurs first.

61.  Each winning card may be redeemed only once.

62.  T-shirt sizes, designs and colours and cap designs and colours are subject to availability.

63.  Scratch-and-win prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

64.  The Promoter is not responsible for scratch-and-win cards that are lost, stolen or damaged after being issued.

RESPONSIBLE SERVICE AND ALCOHOL MARKETING

65.  This promotion is intended only for people aged 18 years or over.

66.  The Promoter supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol. Entry does not require the consumption of multiple alcoholic beverages during one visit, and the Promoter may refuse service in accordance with responsible service of alcohol requirements.

67.  Drink responsibly.

INSTAGRAM

68.  The Visa Gift Card Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

69.  By entering the Visa Gift Card Competition, each entrant completely releases Instagram from any liability arising from or connected with the promotion, to the extent permitted by law.

70.  Entrants must comply with Instagram’s applicable terms and policies. The Promoter is not responsible for any action taken by Instagram that prevents or restricts an entrant from entering or receiving communications about the promotion.

FORCE MAJEURE

71.  If an event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevents or materially affects the Promoter’s ability to conduct the promotion as described, the Promoter may modify, suspend, postpone, terminate or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable legal requirements and any necessary regulatory approval.

LIABILITY

72.  To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred in connection with:

a) late, lost, incomplete, altered, damaged or misdirected entries, cards or prize claims;

b) technical disruptions, network congestion or failures affecting Instagram or other communication systems;

c) inaccurate information caused by equipment, software or programming used in connection with the promotion;

d) unauthorised access to, alteration of or interference with entries;

e) use or misuse of a prize; or

f) any tax liability arising from accepting a prize.

73.  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

74.  The Promoter may collect personal information from entrants and winners to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners, award prizes, maintain required competition records and comply with its legal obligations.

75.  Personal information will be managed in accordance with the Royal Saxon Hotel Privacy Policy available at www.royalsaxon.com/privacy-policy.

76.  The Promoter may disclose personal information to third parties assisting with the administration of the promotion, prize suppliers and regulatory authorities where required or authorised by law.

77.  The Promoter will not use an entrant’s personal information for unrelated direct marketing merely because the entrant participated in the promotion, unless the entrant separately provides consent.

RECORDS AND DECISIONS

79.  The Promoter will retain records required by applicable Victorian trade promotion lottery laws.

80.  The Promoter’s decisions concerning entry validity, card validity, verification and administration of the promotion are final, subject to applicable law.
